Everyone’s photos from the trip, in one album with a map.

You’ve been home two weeks and you still don’t have everyone’s photos. Send one link instead. Friends add theirs from a phone browser, with no app and no account, and the album sorts itself into days and places as they land.

Momentbound is invite-only during the beta. We email you a link when a spot opens.

Or look around a real album

Japan, autumn 2025: 24 photos from 6 places over 24 days. Open the whole album

Three steps. You only do the first.

  1. Make the album

Name the trip, the wedding or the weekend away. It’s free and takes a minute.

  2. Send the link

One link covers everyone. People with the app join as members; everyone else opens it in a browser.

  3. It sorts itself

Photos land on the right day and in the right place, using the time and location already stored in each file.

The Japan album's timeline: Day 1 in Osaka and Day 4 in Kyoto, each with its photo count, likes, comments and a note

One album, laid out the way the trip happened.

Day by day
Every day gets its own page, its own cover, and the photos taken that day.
Every stop on the map
A pin for each place and a line for the route. Open a pin to see the photos from that stretch. Guests see the same map.
Everyone’s name on it
You can see who added what, and react or comment without leaving the album.
Autumn trees reflected in a garden pond in KyotoKyoto, 11:27am
A year from now you’ll open it on a rainy Tuesday and be right back on that path.

Why not just use a shared album?

You can. Here’s what changes.

A cloud album is fine for files. It just isn’t an album of a trip.

It’s your trip. You decide who sees it.

Private unless you share it
Nobody sees an album until you make a link. Turn a link off and it stops working straight away, for everyone who has it.
Location as exact as you allow
You choose how precise the map is for guests. Camera metadata is stripped from the copies we serve.
Take it with you
Export your albums, photos, comments, reactions and memberships whenever you want. Delete your account and it’s gone.
Straight about the free plan
Free keeps a display-quality copy of every photo and video. Paid plans keep your camera originals. Either way, keep your own backup of anything you can’t replace.

Free to start. Pay when you want the originals kept.

You pay per library, not per person. Guests are free on every plan and never need an account.

Questions people actually ask

Momentbound is in a private beta with a small group of real trips, so we can fix things while it still matters. Places go out in batches.

Something else? Ask us.

Do my friends need to install anything?

No. The link opens in their browser, on any phone or laptop. Only you need the app, and there’s a web app too.

Do they need an account?

No. They type a name so you know who added what. That’s the whole sign-in.

Does this work for a wedding or a party?

Yes. Make the album, print the link as a QR code on the tables, and guests add photos from their own phones on the night.

What can they upload?

Photos and video from a phone or a camera. Live Photos come through as a photo and a short clip.

Can I switch a link off later?

Yes. Turn it off in the album’s share settings and it stops working for everyone who has it.

Where do the map pins come from?

From the location already stored in each photo. If a photo has none, you can place it on the map yourself.

What happens if I stop paying?

Your albums stay readable and the display-quality copies stay. We keep the originals for another 30 days (7 for video) so you can download them, then stop. If the library is over the free 5 GB, you can’t add more until you delete some or pick a plan again.

Can I get my photos back out?

Yes. Export from account settings. You get your photos and videos, plus your comments, reactions and memberships.

Start the album before the photos scatter.

It takes a minute and it’s free. Send the link tonight, while everyone still remembers which ones were good.
